Identified - We've identified an issue with our cloud provider's network infrastructure that is causing brief connection interruptions, roughly once an hour, each lasting 1-3 minutes. During these windows you may see "Server connection lost, attempting to reconnect", or an agent may appear stuck on its first step after you send a message. Your conversations and data are safe.

If an agent seems stuck, wait a minute and refresh the page or resend your message.

We're rolling out a fix so the platform recovers from these interruptions automatically, and we're working with our provider on the underlying cause. We'll post updates here.
